I highly recommend this property. It felt like staying in a hotel- all the amenities and appointments were highest quality and there was everything you would need and more. It looked like all the photos! It was a fantastic place! The hosts were also fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. We will book here again when we are in Austin!

This was such a perfect getaway for 10 of us (+1 little one)! The house is somehow even better in person than the listing - so spacious and clean, and everything is well set up for large groups of both adults and little children! Alicia and Ben were so communicative and overall just such gracious hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. This property is even more beautiful in person and it was a perfect place to spend a long weekend. It is clear that Alicia and Ben have really considered the guest experience. The beds and linens are so cozy, the rooms are well decorated but also super comfortable, and all the amenities were clearly labeled and easy to find. As a large group, we really appreciated the attention to detail in labeling and providing info. We also appreciated that we never ran short on things like pool towels, bathroom towels, or dishes in the kitchen. I think that often gets overlooked and it was just so nice to feel like we had access to what we needed. The outdoor space was amazing- we used the pool, hot tub, and pickleball court every day. The sunset is gorgeous from the backyard. I am already scheming to plan another visit to Dripping Springs!

Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas, los baños con todo lo necesario, la cocina súper equipada... los juegos divertidos... todo espectacular! Sin duda queremos regresar.

Fantastic hosts! This is a beautiful place in a great, easy, safe neighborhood. The hosts were very informative and communicative. Everything was in order. I would highly recommend this spot specifically, but also these hosts - they're very accommodating. If you want to check out Austin and have a large and tasteful group, this is the spot!

This home was everything we hoped for, it was very difficult to get bored. From the pool/hot tub to the pickle ball court/ basketball court to the game room this house made it very difficult to leave. Alicia and Ben were great hosts always responding very promptly with any questions we had and their guide book inside the home made it very easy to navigate all the amenities that came along with the home. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided in abundance. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! The space was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. It made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

Myself and two colleagues stayed here while we attended a work conference. The home was stunning, and looks exactly like the photos. The location is fantastic. Our conference was downtown and the airbnb was roughly only a mile away. Neighborhood is quiet, and we all felt safe. Have already recommended this home to multiple friends and definitely will be staying here again if I ever return to Austin! Thank you Alicia and Ben!!

Such a great place! We stayed here for my bachelorette and all 9 of us had more than enough room. It’s even better than the photos honestly! Would definitely stay here again!
