HOUSE RULES: -All guests staying at a Cortado Villa are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours in order to fully confirm booking. - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Primary guest on the reservation must stay at the rental property. - No parties or events are allowed. No confetti or glitter. Please do not use tape on walls or furniture. - Max occupancy is 12. There is a $250 per person fine for guests over the max occupancy. - No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the home! Failure to comply is a $1,500 fine if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected. - No animals allowed on the property. - Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it. - There are front-door, side-gate, and driveway actively recording cameras strictly for security & guest safety. - The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or for the loss of a guest's personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests agree to assume all risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

This place was the perfect spot for a group of cousins while we were in town for a family wedding. We had three families with four little kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the putt putt area, and the adults appreciated how clean and thoughtful everything was - there was enough of everything, from dishes and towels, to space and seating. If you're coming to town with a group and looking for the perfect hang out spot - this is it! The hosts were also super responsive - when we were having trouble with the dishwasher, they sent a handyman right over and fixed it immediately. Close to downtown and everything Austin has to offer.

I think this might be the best airbnb stay i've had. Most airbnb's feel like no one has lived in them. This place feels THOUGHTFUL. Every little detail is thought out. It just makes sense.

The nearest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), 8 miles away (about a 15-20 minute drive). Free driveway parking is available for 3 vehicles. Street parking is restricted to permit parking between 12PM to 8 PM. Rideshares and scooters (Lime and Bird) are plentiful, and the area is bike-friendly for easy access to nearby attractions.
