HOUSE RULES: -All guests staying at a Cortado Villa are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours in order to fully confirm booking. - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Primary guest on the reservation must stay at the rental property. - No parties or events are allowed. No confetti or glitter. Please do not use tape on walls or furniture. - Max occupancy is 12. There is a $250 per person fine for guests over the max occupancy. - No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside the home! Failure to comply is a $1,500 fine if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected. - No animals allowed on the property. - Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it. - There are front-door, side-gate, and driveway actively recording cameras strictly for security & guest safety. - The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or for the loss of a guest's personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests agree to assume all risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Hard to put in words how wonderful this home is. There’s not a thing that Alicia and Ben have not thought of in curating a wonderful stay for their guests. The home was just as pictured, if not better. Great location. Everything is very well thought out, the home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Communication was great and instructions were very clear. This place is perfect if you need a little Austin.

Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. The place was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It was beyond perfect in that it set a new bar for my standards for what an Airbnb should be. There was something for everyone and room for us all to congregate or relax and recharge with some alone time. The beds were extremely comfortable. We spared no expense choosing this place for a game weekend, but know the hosts spare no expense either. Thank you to the hosts for the attention to quality and detail!
