Myself and two colleagues stayed here while we attended a work conference. The home was stunning, and looks exactly like the photos. The location is fantastic. Our conference was downtown and the airbnb was roughly only a mile away. Neighborhood is quiet, and we all felt safe. Have already recommended this home to multiple friends and definitely will be staying here again if I ever return to Austin! Thank you Alicia and Ben!!

Such a great place! We stayed here for my bachelorette and all 9 of us had more than enough room. It’s even better than the photos honestly! Would definitely stay here again!

My fiancée and I recently had the pleasure of staying here for a mixed bachelor/bachelorette weekend with our friend group, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property was beautifully decorated and very well taken care of, creating the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.
Our host was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly and that we felt welcomed throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Without a doubt, it's a solid 5-star experience!

What an incredible place! We stay for a bachelorette weekend with 10 girls! All of the girls were raving about the house all weekend! There was plenty of space and a quick Uber to downtown! Cannot recommend this enough for a Bach weekend! Will absolutely be sharing the listing with any friends planning a girls weekend in Austin! 🤠🪩✨💕

We had a lovely stay at Alicia and Ben's beautiful, spacious home! It was decorated beautifully, very clean and organized, and had everything we needed for our family gathering. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and hot tub during a cool evening and it was perfect. We also enjoyed local restaurants and shopping the local boutiques as we explored Dripping Springs. The guys in our family had fun in the game room with the vintage video games!
Alicia and Ben were so easy to communicate with, and responsive to anything we needed. I highly recommend this home. We'll definitely be returning!

Our group of 5 had a great stay at Alicia and Ben’s beautiful home. There was ample space to hang out and connect in the open kitchen, dining and family room. The beds were oh so cozy and the outdoor space by the fire pit and hot tub were ideal for chilly nights and mornings. It was located close to the airport and fairly central to all of the different neighborhoods and areas we explored. Having a food truck park, great breakfast spot, and boutique stores within walking distance were a big bonus. Hosts were super responsive!

Fantastic stay! We were deciding which area and home would work best for a group trip (three couples and one infant), and this place exceeded expectations. The house is in a great, walkable location close to attractions, restaurants, etc while still feeling like an authentic Central East Austin neighborhood. It was fully stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or value.

The Moulin Rose was beyond the perfect choice for our family's week long holiday vacation! #1. The pictures do not do this place justice! This property was magnificent! It felt enchanting, safe, and private. We were completely immersed in nature, whether hanging by the firepit, relaxing in the impressive hot tub or resting in the hammocks among the oak trees.
The house felt ulta-luxurious and beautiful, yet relaxing and so cozy. Beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals from the gourmet, modern kitchen and outdoor grill. Dinner by the outdoor fireplace while listening to the pool's waterfall was divine.
From endless outdoor games, a playscape & swings, board games to spread out, & lounging in the impressive game room; this home did not disappoint!
The hosts were excellent communicators & gave great recommendations on top spots to explore in the area. Though, we hardly wanted to leave this property. It was truly the perfect family oasis!

Wow, 5+ stars. ✨ One of the best Airbnbs I have come across. The set up, lay out, size, amenities. They truly thought about everything! Anything you may need or want is available and is so close to everything in Austin. Would love to be able to stay here again! 🤍
